How it works

1

Export the transcript from Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex — or just paste it.

2

We detect the speakers and strip the timestamps automatically.

3

Get minutes with a summary, decisions, action items with owners, and open questions — copy or send as an email.

Every meeting, the same five sections

Summary & attendees

What the meeting was about and what came out of it, plus who was there — pulled from the speaker labels in your transcript.

Decisions & action items

Only decisions that were actually made, and tasks as owner — task — due date, so nothing agreed in the room gets lost.

Open questions

Everything raised but not resolved — your ready-made agenda for the next meeting.

Frequently asked questions

Upload .vtt, .srt or .txt files up to 5 MB, or paste the text directly. That covers the transcript exports from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex, subtitle files, 'Name: what they said' notes, and plain unlabeled text. Cue numbers and timestamps are stripped automatically.

Speakers are read from the labels already in your transcript — voice tags in .vtt files, the names in Zoom exports, or 'Name: text' lines. Detected names become the attendee list and let action items get owners. If the transcript has no labels, the minutes simply skip the attendee section — we never guess who spoke.

It's processed on our own servers to produce the minutes and then discarded — neither the transcript nor the minutes are stored, published or used to train models. Copy the result before you leave the page. Details in the privacy policy.

It's instructed to extract only what's in the transcript: decisions that were actually made, owners only when the transcript makes them clear, due dates only when someone said one. Tasks without a clear owner are marked Unassigned. Still, it's an extraction, not a recording — skim the result against your memory of the meeting before sending it out.

Up to about 165,000 characters of transcript — several hours of talking. Very long meetings are processed part by part and merged into one set of minutes. Pro raises the ceiling to roughly 495,000 characters for all-day workshops and multi-session days.

Yes. The transcript can be in any language, and the minutes come back in the language you're using the site in — pick it from the menu in the top bar. Handy for sending English minutes of a meeting held in another language, or the other way around.
